What is important factor while buying new home?

There are many factor but some factor need full focus:

1. Direction of home or apartment: not because of mythology or other reason just for ventilation and light.

2. Near by locality: it decide the future of congestion, traffic etc..

3. Power supply requirement : minimum and maximum power requirement must be consider

4. Water arrangement or underground water level: Now a days most of the area underground is already polluted but even we need to identify the daily uses water as well as drinking water.

5. Sun direction : for the insects free home, we need sun light.
